fitted drayton dual channel ch programmer in place of old sunvic how do I get just heating as does not work?
replaced old sunvic programmer with drayton two channel but cannot get just heating because pump is wired off boiler and so no power getting to that in heating only position because no power going through cylinder stat, any help apprciated
Sounds like you will have to rewire the system a dual channel programmer has 2 outputs you need the boiler on the hws output and the pump on the other you do not mention if you have any valves these may need including in the circuit some systems have a connection box in the tank cupboard were the different parts are connected if you switch off the electricity and think logically the you should be able to work out how to re-configure the system from there good luck
